The manor is located in a picturesque place on the banks of the tributary of the River Mocchi and is an architectural monument. It preserved a linden park with three ponds cascade, the Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, a manor house with carved decoration and murals based on Pompeian painting, presumably built by the architect F. I. Shekhtel, a freestanding kitchen in the same style and a glacier, the coach house, the smithy and the churn, three old buildings and a decorative brick bridge.

Melikhovo - Museum-Reserve of Anton Chekhov:

Ivanovskoye estate:
Ivanovskoye is one of the largest estates of the Moscow region at the end of the 18th - first half of the 19th century. It is located on the high right bank of Pakhra in the city of Podolsk. The first mention of Ivanovsky, as patrimonial possession, we find in the scribal books of 1627. The main house of the estate is a stone three-story palace in the style of Russian classicism with two wings. The palace was built by F.A. Tolstoy, who owned the estate from the end of the XVIII century. Also with him was built a greenhouse with a theater room. Later, a third floor was added to the house, the house received two-story side wings, and the wings became two-story and were connected to the house. Currently, one of the park pavilions, the ruins of the theater, as well as the fence of the main courtyard have been preserved from the farmstead buildings.
