- A guest coming to stay in a hotel with a pet must have a certificate from a veterinarian with a mark of vaccination.
- The guest is obliged to bring a special cage for a pet.
- Do not leave Pets unattended in the hotel room, lobby, on-site without special cells.
- For toilet cats guest is obliged to bring a special tray.
- Banned walking Pets in the resort and the surrounding area.
- Possible walking Pets in the surrounding areas.
- Feeding Pets guest is required to bring a special dish.
- Feed the Pets of dishes belonging to the hotel is strictly prohibited.
- It is forbidden to bring Pets to the restaurant and entertainment amenities and other common areas.
- It is forbidden to wash Pets in the shower room, use towels, sheets and other bedding belonging to the hotel.

- The guest is obliged to allow access for the staff in the room for cleaning or repairs.
